No two renovations are equal. Without an itemised invoice, it is hard to gauge the amount of work done. Additionally, to ensure the highest data accuracy possible for our community, the itemised invoice will be used as a form of proof during the verification process.

All submissions has to include an itemised invoice to ensure the legitimacy of the data. Once a submission is made, our team will vet through to ensure its accuracy before publishing thereafter if all is in order.

To protect our users, all story submissions will be made anonymous with sensitive information such as name, contact details, and address removed from our platform.

If you submitted a story but changed your mind, or you suspect your data is used without your consent, you may request for a removal at [email protected]. Note that a specific data can only be removed should your email address matches that from our internal system.

Open House connects homeowners who have finished their renovation with new homeowners looking for renovation ideas or advices. There are two options: video conference OR in-person home visit.

1. When user registers an interest to visit a home, we will check if the homeowner is keen on opening their home. 2. If the homeowner is keen, he/she will set a price and date for the home visit. 3. If the user is agreeable with the price and date, he/she will make the payment to kampong.fyi, and we will withhold the amount until the Open House is completed.

1. Only 2 guests may visit the Open House, unless permissions are given from the homeowner. 2. Each Open House is limited to 30mins. 3. To ensure the safety of home owners, guests MAY NOT use the restroom during the visit. 4. You can reschedule with us, at least 24hours in advance, otherwise the payment will be forfeited. 5. There is a 15mins grace period for guests who are late. After which, the Open House duration will be shorten.
